Saved workers and payslip reminders
These optional paid features are planned but not available yet. Every tool on this site works without them and stays free.
What we plan to offer
- Save your workers' details so payslips fill in automatically
- A monthly email reminder when a payslip is due
- A year-end summary of pay, UIF and leave for each worker
What happens to your data today
Nothing is saved. There is no account to create and no payment to make. If these features launch, they will need an account and will store your workers' details, and our privacy policy will explain exactly what is kept and how to delete it before anything is collected.
In the meantime, use the payslip generator each payday and keep the PDFs for three years.
